This training will address issues of health literacy and cultural humility grounded in the social determinants of health (SDOH). CHWs will participate in conversations on topics such as health disparities, health equity, health literacy and cultural humility among underserve communities.

*Four readings will be provided upon registering to be completed prior to the training.
