CEO
Glen Tullman is the CEO of Transcarent, a consumer-directed health and care platform designed to make high-quality, affordable care easier to access. In 2022, Glen Tullman co-founded the Tullman Family Office with his daughter, Cayley, where they partner to direct investments and strategic initiatives aligned with their family’s shared mission and values. As President of the Family Office and JumpHire, Cayley oversees philanthropic, political, business, and social impact investments, working closely with senior business leaders and policymakers to develop scalable solutions to challenges across economic, education, public health, and national security sectors.

Current Projects
JumpHire recently expanded its partnership with Malcolm X College to support their respiratory technician program, after a successful collaboration supporting sterile processing technician students. More broadly, JumpHire is always exploring new career pathways through collaborating with employer partners to prepare and place participants in roles that address critical workforce gaps.

Since launching JumpHire in 2022, the organization has helped place 451 individuals, generating $17 million in economic impact for Chicago’s underserved communities. By bridging the gap between job seekers and employers, we are fostering economic growth across the city.
