Join us for a hybrid session hosted by UI Health Mile Square Health Center in collaboration with Aetna Better Health® of Illinois, TASC, the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, SAFER Foundation, Nexxos, Women’s Justice Institute, and Teamwork Englewood. This convening will bring together key stakeholders to establish a referral network that supports justice-involved individuals returning to their communities. We’ll discuss how coordinated healthcare access can improve well-being. Light refreshments will be served.
